i previously said that there was an option missing, to scan tracks shorter than 60 seconds. i was wrong.
go to settings > scan for songs > tap little cog on top right.
 
 
something else i want to verify: my m3u8 playlists are read incorrectly, showing Björk as Bj忟rk. and others too.
when i open them in nano, or in gedit, they show as they should.

Have you tried Iphone -> CCK -> Regular Micro USB -> X7 (Dac Mode)?

Thanks for the suggestion. I did think about that, but wanted to check if that definitely works before buying the CCK. They aren't cheap. Anyone tried?

I have seen this too - sent a playlist and music file to James - I had to implement a feature in Dapper which "normalizes" file names as it copies. The issue is entirely foreign language file names

instead of a good implementation on UTF-8, you had to change the names of your artists and music? oh this is gonna be fun for stuff like "Sigur Rós - 1999 - Ágætis Byrjun - 107 - Viðrar Vel Til Loftárása"

yes, that is the point.

So does that mean the balanced amp will have upgraded specs? 
 
I currently have the AM2 and i will never go back to AM1 do to SQ reasons driving efficient cans. The AM3 (balanced) will be v similar AM1 in terms of power ~110-120MW @ 32ohms. Am i right to assume AM3 will be an IEM amp?

This is a common glitch. Once you get caught in the quote box your usually stuck. What I do is give up and start again, leave the page and re-quote.

We will try to get the MFi licence again so we can put something really good for audiophile to the market.

Survival of the fittest anybody who can't figure out that buying a DAP without an amp won't result in sound, well, we can only hope that their DNA isn't passed along.
