QuickCharge? Mostly it released in smartphones with USB type-C on board. Would be awesome to get faster charging and especially files transfer speed.

If this supports full size sd cards of 512 gb or more and has 10 hours of battery life and can support playlists of some simple method and have a full touch interface that is faster and more responsive  and have a bit more power Fiio take my money please.  Lol.

cant wait. i just hope fiio is capable and willing to improve sound quality in this size and price category. i bought fiio x5ii not because it has two micro sd slots and dsd support, but because it sounded slightly better, than x3 or astell junior.
 
question: when can we roughly expect these new 3rd gen players to be available in stores?

vincik, we are so sorry that the X5 3rd gen will be available for the Chinese market at first,please kindly understand that Chinese market is the one that is closed to us, and it will be more convenient for us to response for any issues of X5 3rd gen may have, so that the X5 3rd gen maybe available all over the world at the beginning of 2017. So sorry for this inconvenience.

Pretty sure that Quick Charge is a Qualcomm thing. Maybe FiiO are looking at doing something similar while still retaining the good old JZ4760B.
