  Anyone face random reboot while playing music for around 30-50 minute seesion? Once it reboot, the wallpaper is back to default.

I haven't had this happen but my advice is always to do a factory reset for something like this or reload of the FW and do a reset. I just had to go through a bunch of steps to get my AK100 to work right again. Seems like something they just need to have the FW reloaded.

I've checked DX90 with Mac mini 7,1 (late 2014). It doesn't work too. Every 10 seconds music stops and resumes with fade out effect.
Firmware 2.3.0 L0, OS X 10.11.2 + VOX.

I had written to them and we talked about USB-cables (lol). They asked me to take another one. Unfortunately (for iBasso) all my cables work fine. So, as a result they said "Our SW team will look into this problem".

Is anyone else experiencing sound cutting in and out on their unit? I haven't noticed this till now. It's like the song pauses then resumes inadvertently. Did a factory reset but no fix. Considering downgrading to FW 2.2 if it's a FW issue.

I had the same problem with fw 2.3. Went back to 2.2 and never had this again.

I'm on FW 2.3.0 as well. Having this issue all along. Thought it only happens to my unit.

 Paul, could you give us a specific time frame when it will be release? I remember you did mention it will be release soon (in the earlier post). But when?

I'm on fw 2.3.0 lurker, and not having this issue. Did you try playing songs from internal memory only?it could be sdcard related

There are instructions for its use in a folder. It will wipe the internal memory of your DX90 and then it loads the FW on the DX90. All artifacts from anything else are cleaned from the memory of the DX90.
 
You only need to use the batch tool if you feel there are problems with loading a FW. Most of the time it is not required.
