Because there is no driver in the x64 folder 
They didn't include it in the folders

They have emailed quite a few of us to say that the 64-bit driver is in the works and the first one to be deployed is the 32-bit version so should not be surprising to anyone as it was mentioned multiple times in the thread. They are waiting for Microsoft driver certification for the 64-bit version.

Nope. It's just USB DAC function driver, not new FW
 
Volume control works while using USB DAC, but there is no option to change to storage or charging while using DAC like in Astell&Kern's DAPs.

2, Missed last 2 seconds of songs rectified.
3. Touch screen sensitivity has been adjusted.
4, Improved read speed for exFAT formatted SD cards.
5, Optional digital filter added.
6. "Charge Only" option added into USB settings.
7. Power off confirmation screen removed.

Wow the UI response is very fast and accurate. No more lag or slow response.
The sound seems changed a bit...

Coupled with usb DAC support, that is quite a tasty list of additions and improvements! Very well done iBasso.
 
The usb dac driver says win7, does it support win 8.1 as well?

It works well with Windows 8, so I presume with 8.1 won't be a problem.
