Maybe you should try flashing it with RKbatchtool, I think it should work. Someone posted link to "DX90 Tools" few post earlier.

Report: Jobs done. Revert back to 2.0.0 FW
 
edit: The ss of the original FW is way better than the 2.0.5.
Hope the 2.0.5 is just a beta firmware like the 1.23beta on DX50.

Oops,I did not upgrade lmao. Version 2.0 sounds divine, maybe we should call the DOC for some firmware help. :D

I have to say iBasso firmware upgrade is anything but boring, always some excitement after the storm. :)

It'd be against their well established naming convention. The 1.23b was purposely named that way because of experimentation but the DX90 product is a more mature product or so we thought. I am afraid it's not a beta but an early adoption version (some semantic divergence here). iBasso did it again. :wink:

I missed the well improved UI.. but this dap is for me to listen to music instead of playing around with the UI.
So I'll just wait for another FW update or wait for mixed FW by DOC
