Today is exactly one month since I've published 2.1.5L2, L3 was out a week later, and today they exceeded 2500 downloads in total. Frankly, the first 1000 was surpassed during the first week.

Congrats Lurker on L3.  BTW do you know of a way to test the SD slot?  I think mine broke but I can't be sure as it might related to the firmware.

Insert a good SD card and read it, no? You can run any disk test available on PC/Mac connecting DX90 via USB.

Done that already, and I think my slot got shorted out, as it is now giving me a popping sound whenever I reboot even with no card inside.

Is there a search function at all in the DX90 firmware?? And in rockbox? I don't seem to find it. It is a really basic thing.
And also how do i get the music in the internal memory of the DX90 (in the root of the memory) to show up in rockbox? Is it possible? Or maybe i need to paste it in the rockbox folder?

There is no search function in Mango. Don't know about RockBox as I have not tried it

i am sure though , that if Mahler was alive today he would ask you to buy a pair of decent iems - especially when listening to him through the DX90

Depends on the phone you use. So far, other than ATH-M50x I found AT phones, KEF M-series headphones and AKG-K702 sound artificial with DX90. I also tried a few cheap Philips, Sony and TDK  phones which all sound funny with DX90.

Depends upon what you are listening with. IMO.

It's probably the combination of the neutral M40X+neutral DX90. What closed cans that are good for classical music sound good and natural with the DX90?
