Don't know if it's possible but you might try asking @PETEREK, not sure what he'd charge but if you can supply a cable yourself that might bring the price down.
Thank you.

You should check out the JVC Spiral for these to. They are my go to for all of my IEMs.Hi, I'm looking for compatible spinfit tips for my dunu 2kj, some link?
Thanks!!
I second this. The JVC Spiral Dots are the crap, especially for the Dunu 2kj. They make them sound as open and detailed as possible. The Spinfits sound much duller and closed in, but if the highs of the Dunu's bother you, it might be a better option for you.You should check out the JVC Spiral for these to. I got a response from Dunu. They offered me to send the spare parts of mesh grill for free but delivery costs 10$ otherwise they offer me to repair the earphone for free but sending it to China would cost 50$. So as you I will stick with my earphone without the mesh grill. I don't know if I will take out the grill from the other side to be symmetricalOK thanks, I'm going to stick to using the tips with the wax filter a leave the metal gauze off, less obstructions between my eardrums and the sublime sound these are capable of producing.
