seems this might be interesting DAP. Unfortunately seems to have one card slot only?
Let's wait for further specs.

P.S.: Maybe can change thread title to "Cowon Plenue D"?

My fault, how do I rename thread from my phone?

I'll c/p my thoughts that I posted on ABI here;

"Really folks, it's actually not that exciting.

Compared against the M2 it is;

-20g heavier
-doesn't support any more lyric types
-most def more expensive, perhaps twice more.

But...

-it will have a capacitive screen
-4 favourite menus perhaps more, with the ability to rename them perhaps
-cleaner sound perhaps, supports hi res
-10hrs more battery life

It's good news either way, hopefully the M2 price will drop (it's still $200AUD out here for the 16gb model...)

Meh, i'll prolly pass on this, I'm still wanting a i9+ with sd card slot!

EDIT: Screen is touch LCD AMOLED 2.8inches, 240x320"

Ask yerself, are the 4 points mentioned under 'But..." really worth twice the price! I would absolutely argue that blind tested the majority of users will not be able to ascertain a difference between the M2 and this. The Plenue D may hiss less, but depends largely on user and headphone used.

Maxum interest.

It looks fancy, but with that battery life it might just be an M2 with more beautiful looks and better firmware.

The Wolfson DAC inside the standard non plenue Cowon, should have always be capable ofbdoing high resolution, but they never implemented it.

I love it, but I do not want to get my hopes so high.

Nice looking DAP! It appears to be available on that (non-English) website which I unfortunately can't read! Are there any Plenue 1 or M users impressed enough to buy the smaller version?
