I have been told it is about 2 min extra drive from old venue but 9 nine minute walk.
If you are willing to come earlier I can pick you up from epping station at 9:45.

Okay, so scratch the Focal Spirits, I can't bring those down anymore. I traded them in for the Senheisser HD650's because they were way too uncomfortable for me.
 
I realize there are already HD650's on that list but I will bring them down anyway.
 
Also that 10:30AM to 5:30PM time frame is perfect for me. I should well and truly be able to make it unless something comes up.
