I'm talking to my girlfriend on Skype right now. A good friend of hers was on the flight and has suffered a broken arm and severe whiplash. My first call for legal advice. I'm sure there will be more.

Apparently, the plane "broke into two" (whatever that means) and at least 40 people were injured. No word yet as to whether there were any casualties. High winds and rains...

The whiplash would actually feel worse than the broken arm. I wish her friend a speedy recovery.
