new guy guy here looking to get some tips for my iems tt isurus, Philip she3580, v-moda, sennheiser, meelectronic, looked at the comply site alot of options what do I get? any other tips I should look at?

Comply makes some great tips, give them a try.

The comply T-series are their main product I believe. The main thing to watch out for is to find an inner core diameter that matches the diameter of the tube on your iem. eg the Philips SHE3580 takes T-400 size tips. (the number represents the size of the core, larger number is larger diameter.

You can also try Shure olives tips. They are more durable than Comply.

The main problem with shopping tips has got to be determining the inner core diameter.  You can try looking for your headphones on the comply site and see what they recommend.  Otherwise I'd wait for all your phones to arrive, then compare their tube diameters to the Philips SHE3580 and see what to get.  Since the SHE3580 uses their second largest size, anything with a larger tube uses T-500, while anything smaller is either T-200 or T-100 (there's no T-300).  T-200 and T-100 iems tend to be high end ones which should be listed at the comply site.
 
I was lucky to find a brick & mortar store with all the sizes of Comply T tips to try out to fit my Philips.
 
... then again, I ended up liking the stock Philips tips so much more than any foam tips that I de-cored a pair of T-100 comply tips just so I could adapt a pair of Philips tips on my Etymotic ER-4P

mmm...I don't think that is entirely true, the difference between T-200/400/500 are minimal, and T100 sticks out by itself as far as fit goes

Well that's what the shopkeeper told me, and T-500 was demonstrably looser on my Philips than the T-400.  Also only one number out of 100/200/400/500 is recommended for any given model of IEM on Comply's site?

anyone go the diy custom mold route, this looks very interesting and easy to do?

Because they get dirty or because they shred?  I've used a black pair for several weeks and they showed no sign of deteriorating.

Get dirt, and they show little pieces of ear wax... Should i clean these with soap and water?
