    Android smartphones audio over USB limited to 16 bit/44.1 kHz?

    If I were to combine my Samsung Galaxy S4 with a Fiio E18 Dac/Amp, will the USB audio out on the S4 be limited to 16bit/44.1 kHz?   Are there any phones that can do 24bit/96 or 192 kHz over USB? Is the E18 also limited to 96 kHz, or can it do 192 kHz?   I hope I put it right, all this talk...

    Is it possible to play hires .flac files on my S4 over WiFi. I like to browse the shares on my NAS with ES File Explorer, click a .flac file or m3u playlist and the music starts playing.   Do I need DLNA? Is there a player around that supports streaming from a network over WiFi?

    Which Android devices are NOT capped at 16/44.1 and can do TRUE HD Audio?
