Hi, i need a good isolating iem for the gym... the volume there is way too much with a pair of she9800 (very poor isolation), however... i don't wanna spend too much in iems, max 60$. What do you suggest me?

Every time I buy a new pair of ear phones they break and always the same way, one end of the cable loosens. This results in one ear or both turning off intermittently or permanently. I suppose bringing them everywhere in a backpack hasn't helped but it would be nice if they could survive more...

I recently ordered a pair and I've been hearing that the stock tips that come with them aren't up to par. Does anyone have some good suggestions as to what tips would be the best for them? I would prefer silicon since it lasts longer than the foam tips.
