Just for curiosity: in your countries Nespresso is famous? Europe is full of nespresso machines and coffe. The coffe is not igual to a good espresso but the machines are very good.
I hade some expensive expresso machines in my house. After some time, all broked.
The nespresso machines that i have work from many years without any problem

I've seen commercials for it, but I've never actually seen one. I think in America more people drink coffee than espresso drinks so keurig is more popular. I myself have a keurig 2.0, and it isn't bad really. Whenever I get an apartment and have more space though, I'm going to get a French press.

I always thought the Nespresso equipment was marketed as "entry level but still pretty decent". I can definitely say that, aside from people into Major chain lattes, frapps, etc, very few people Ive ever come across are into espresso. Most americans would rather carry around a gallon sized thermos of drip coffee lol

The problem is there is a selection of Nespresso type systems.
They are not fully compatible with each other.

Stop with the excuses, a French Press is inexpensive, it's small, easy to clean, fast and easy to use. You can even microwave hot water if using a stove is an issue. Let's go......
