I had a grey crane in the backyard looking for insects.......?

Too lazy to break out the camera.

One of my first camemras was a Minolta SRT-101.

My current list is 2 Sony A700s, 1 Sony A100, 1 Sony DSC-H100 and a Samsung  pocket camera I keep in the car.

Yeah, yeah, I know, there's also one in my mobile phone......

Unlike coffee, they still hang around....

If you drank enough coffee, you would have enough energy to get out at least one camera and we'd be looking that crane.

If I drank that much coffee I would not be able to hold the camera still enough to take the pic, even with the inbuiltsteadyhand control on.

Too much coffee? Is that the reason you're up so late down under?

I lovingly caress each one before laying it down on a crushed velvet cloth.

Don't want no bruises to tarnish the flavour, you know.....

haha. Now I'm thinking about how often I used a tripod back in my photography days.

Once, I took all sorts of photos at a Florida zoo...and then realized there was no film in the camera. XD

I also got a photo of a lion throwing up at the Washington, D.C. zoo, though even with my long zoom lens, I wasn't able to get a close shot.

If FireFox is your favorite browser, you'll like this fellow. He's lives in The Bronx Zoo.

I've been told that beans that have been eaten and relieved by Red Pandas (Firefoxes) are highly valued and sought after.
