From my understanding, Massdrop sometimes doesn't actually do deals commissioned by the manyfacturer, and there was some Hooh hah with the chord mojo some time back with chord not willing to Honour the warranty. I won't comment on this drop because I don't know what the deal is but I would wait a little to seek clarification of i were you.

  Wow... so Massdrop has them for $110 cheaper than people who pre order direct? A little disappointing...

Not good for people who pre-ordered. Probably my first time and last time dealing with ALO. Just the principle of it. I think it is patently dishonest. I am returning mine when I get it.

I just sent a "what gives" email to ALO, as I placed my pre-order last week. Will be interesting to hear their reply!

Hopefully that will be their solution. I doubt that ALO wants to jeopardize their reputation for good customer service.

Of course we will refund the difference, Caleb was attempting to contact people and yeah sorry there were some wires crossed with the Mass Drop folks and really we thought it would only be a small order with them and were really surprised how many sold in the first hour before we lowered the numbers.
 
Again we were not trying to slight our pre order folks.
 
My apologies if anyone who bought a Nova felt as such.

THIS! That Platinum Standard customer support!!! The down side?....My wallet has shrunk further still due to my Nova purchase this morning.
