most cost effective headphone under 130 eur/dollars

Yeah, there's a small risk with the warehouse deals.  Sometimes it's a customer return, sometimes just a damaged box from the warehouse with a perfect item inside.  30 day Amazon money back guarantee though, could be tempting.

The description says that there is scratch on the product, also a damage box. If there were only a box damage i'd buy it immediatly, but seems there is scratch on the headphone

That's a generic phrase they use for all products because they can't check each one individually.  Your choice, of course.

Help me please

I've read this, some reviews of both headphone and dt150 booty brilliant, or something like this, but there are conflicting opinions

Conflicting opinons is what we do best.

We won't be able to make a decision for you.  From a quick look, they look more similar than they are different.  I'm a fan of velour, but I like how deep the pads look on the DT150.

You could get the DT250 slightly cheaper than the DT150 if you don't mind the "very good" warehouse pair from Amazon UK.

EDIT: FWIW the DT150 claims to have better isolation than the DT250, leading to being slightly more uncomfortable for longer listening sessions.

Unfortunately this are 80ohm version, and due to the reviews 250ohm Ade better

About warehouse, I have not any experience, anyone of you have already bought from amazon warehouse?

oh man, there is another competitor
Akg 550 mk2

I had the K551 (essentially the smartphone version) for a few weeks. It was very good from what i remember, but I decided to keep the 598 as I only listen at home. The AKG sounded a bit v-shaped compared to the more neutral 598.

Let us know what you decide.

I have read that there are some problem with fit and sound with the k550

For what I've read, not so mutch, akg 550 mk2 or 553 seems to be better then beyerdynamic, but this one is more fun then akg, the problem is fitting issues on a small head or some other fitting problems wich create a wors sound (I believe that all sound problems come from this) . Isn't it?
So, Fostex t50rp maybe has the best sound quality but only modded, beyer dt150 rarely has seal issues, dt250 before correcting frequency response is darker than dt150 and isolate less then dt150, also has cheap build quality than dt150. Shennheiser 598 is open and so isn't suitable for my purpouse (on bus and at the university or library). Akg has fitting problems which affect the quality of sound

Is it correct?

Maybe on bus I can listen sound from in ear, but is it so annoying to the other people at university and library?

If that's another attempt at trying to justify getting an open-back headphone...

On a bus, an open-back would probably annoy you because it lets sound in.  In a library, an open-back would probably annoy everyone else because it lets sound out.

Even closed-back headphones have varying degrees of isolation and leakage depending on the design and pads and how the pads seal.

If you need isolation, it's hard to justify an open-back.

HD598 isn't all that special anyway.

well for 130€ brand new its hard to beat, but considering he is going to be using while there is a lot of noise around, its not a good choice, but if you were to commute for around 1-2 hours a day max, it would be better to buy the 598 and some good isolating IEM, at least that's my case, am still researching
