Can Xduoo x3 be connected to a external dac/amp? I want to use it as a storage device only, bypass its internal dac and connect it with a external dac like chord mojo. Because my iPhone has low memory, I dont want to use as a source. Is this possible?

last night ordered the Xduoo X3.
As it has a lithium battery, assuming it will be shipped by boat and not plane.
Guess it will take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive?

Hi, where did get that photos :D? Me personally - I like those designs. PS: do you have any idea if they will be released this year for customers? At least x5? Probably I can't afford x10

Greetings!

Some pictures. Impressed by Xduoo's productivity.

Xduoo x10

x10 and x5(?) on the left of x3

New tube amps

If the scroll wheel is as good as what apple makes, its worth it. I would rather be happy a proper button setup than a half cooked scrollwheel. the DAP on the left looks better in my oppinion, I really enjoy the sensbility of keeping the buttons shaped, according to the functions with proper spacing like we have on x3, I really enjoy using it without taking it out of my pocket.

Why they want to release new things if they can't even handle to correct those annoying bugs in the device that actually put them in our radar? I really like my X3 but i would think 10, 20 times before buying a more complex player that relies on the user base to correct any bugs that may appear.

Exactly, despite of the mail he mentioned that he was tired answering the mails, there seemed to have no move from their side, to address that. Anyway, I m happy with the X3, but annoyed at the same time. I might buy from them again, but not like last time, before people discovered the bugs! Wont take another risk.

Hi.
It will take me waaaaay too long to read this whole thread so could people please answer my simple questions:

I'm considering this player to replace my cheapy Sansa Clip, which seems to be reaching the end of its days. I was hoping for better sound quality without much more money and this seemed a good player, my entire music collection is in FLAC format and I travel so the idea of two card slots is appealing so I don't have to compromise the collection so much. However, an obvious downpoint is the issue with playback speed. I read that the plater can be rockboxed but does this lower the quality of the sound? Would I be better to buy something like the FiiO X1 or is the sound still superior even after rockbox? I'm not sure how all of this works so I don;t know if the rockbox processing would result in the same kind of quality as my rockboxed Sansa Clip (which I would say is somewhat lacking). So, any reliable info on this would be great.

The other question, I can't find the answer on the rockbox site. Can I install rockbox onto this player using a mac?

thanks in advance!

Looks like this is going to be a perfect carry case to store it away in a bag full of clutter.
