What I did is go to the Questsyle US site and make a mental note of Download > Drive locations and then switch to the Chinese Site (top right hand icon), then navigate to the FW. Maybe someone will post it here.

I am home and I just installed firmware version 1.08 and now it is time to test it. Not sure why it is not on the North America Questyle site yet.

Got to wait till the wife gets back from her Christmas shopping with the girls. Just got a new car that had a sd card slot in it so took it out for a trip but it will only play mp3's bummer as I have mostly flac's. I guess I just need to buy another card and convert to mp3 good thing it doesn't have to be that big though.

Great news on the Artist/Album front. 95% there, I have passed forward suggestions that Disc Number is also incorporated so that double-albums have correct order. Can be made to work if you number 101, 102, ... 201, 202 ... in track meta-data.

I translated it and it looks like it's very similar to what I wrote in the post #3713:

"...In the meantime, here are the 1.0.8 firmware major notes, at least from the beta version, as shown below (verbatim):

"1. update USB DAC display issue (before, PCM format all show “24bit”, now it support show 16bit)
2. Amend Japanese vocabulary
3. correct the wrong display( Before, when playing, click “back” to album or artist, it goes back to item 1 album /artist)
4 play by category, added “artist”—>”Album”—>”music”.""

Hi all;
 
I know that I haven't done much posting in this thread but I just wanted to say thanks to moedawg140 and all others for the great information in this thread. It is incredibly full of valuable and useful information. I finally purchased my QP1R over black friday weekend from Moon Audio and have since been enjoying it immensely!
