I would preffer TRRS, as i have more trrs already on cables than i have RSA 4 pin. Whatever works, but some might not want to spend another 30$ on a cable to use with x7 only.
EDIT:: now that i think about it, TRRS is a thing a LOT more people are going to have than RSA.

analog volume control circuit!
class a amplification + good battery!
1, to such an expensive device, analog volume control is hard to control the quality and it is not so durable , btw, it is too big to install .
2, You will see how we solve the problem of the big touch screen when it is released.

Sure, and 384/34 native support too. so we have not so many options in the DAC chips.
don't worry, everyone will be satisfied.
Think something new and something different, them you will make some innovation.
Everything sounds promising except the battery.I guess we aren't quite to the point of making a dap that uses a top of the line dac that lasts 10+ hours without making it a brick.

I liked the touchscreen on my DX50, and on my iDevices. I think a touchscreen here would be fine, as long as it also has buttons for in-pocket use.
Native DSD sounds great. I have a number of DSD files and the idea of actually playing them without downsampling appeals to me.
Even more incredible sound than the X5 will be wonderful.

Oh, please please please folder to folder play, and an equalizer that in custom mode is set to the stock (built-in) sound and thus the sliders can be raised and/or lowered.

The reason why we choose RSA 4 pins but not TRRS,
1, Most people will have problem to identify it is TRRS or TRS. means that there will lots of customer service work.
2, We are the biggest headphone re-cable manufacture and everyone know our price is very reasonable.
3, There are RSA, ALO and Pioneer who use the 4 pin balanced connector, and I think there will have more brand use the same balanced connector when we make the decision.
think about it, FiiO, the NO1 in mid and low end market, RAS, ALO in the high-end market. and Pioneer is also famous brand in audio market.

oh ? so you will be making balanced cables to accompany this dap ? thats good enough reason. I will always trust fiio for their mid end offering , your x5 is so fun to listen to

X5 has a natural sound and a very black background, the soundstage is wide but the depth is a bit short. I hope X7 will have good depth in soundstage.

would have to agree, I didnt quite like the DX90 or the AK240 style of sound
