Carrying an extra microSD card is not much of a sacrifice to have one's collection available at his fingertips.
Just secure it in a clean sleeve in your wallet. You can even keep it in a full size adapter to protect it.
My Ak240 just prompts me to upgrade the firmware to v1.18. But I cannot find any information on it. Anyone also seen this upgrade?
Best price I've seen and heard about. With the 128 card its a no brainer.....I think.

just talked to jimmy and these guys are not an authorized dealer so its buyer beware
Well I thought the same. However, since the AK240 has MQS streaming, this makes storage requirement a lesser concern for home use. I bought a 128 Gb card for my AK240 at the same time, only realizing it is not really needed so I gave it to me AK120.
Also, I don't think anyone has mentioned this before anywhere in the forums, but the device attachment to the computer for the AK120 and AK240 are different. The AK120 attach itself into Windows 8 just like 3 external USB drives, so you can do multiple copy and paste to/from the unit at the same time. However, since the AK240 attach itself as a device like a CD drive, you cannot C/P in or out of it when you are already in the middle of another C/P. Personally I think this is a bummer but necessary to make everything else works.
