Constantine Soo at Dagogo.com is sponsoring the San Francisco Audio show  at the Westin  8/9-8/11 and will donate  the rooms for the event if we can get 75-100 to attend to run in concurrence with the Headmaster part of the show.  The requirement would be that everyone purchase a show ticket for 30.00 for the three days and the headphone meet would  on Saturday 8/10/2013 from 10AM-6PM . That will still leave everyone two other days to see the show and enjoy the entertainment. If your interested post  and we will see if we can pull this off. If I get enough interest I will organize this event. Please post or PM me if you would like to attend with your gear. The show link is here California Audio Show

IN ADDITION TO THE GEAR YOUR BRINGING PLEASE DO BRING POWERSTRIPS.

Setup is at 9AM on Saturday. The breakdown should start around 5PM. Please purchase your tickets online and bring the receipt to the are we will have designated in the lobby to get your badges. All online tickets will have a badge with your name on it. Please get to the show early for setup before the 10AM official time the show does open as we want to make the setup both painless and to move it quickly before people start to come in. There will be some Oppo BDP 105 that will be available for use as a source courtesy of Oppo.    Please be respectful of everyone gear and respect it as if it were your own. Everyone should wear their name tags so we know who each of us are. There will be people taking pictures for different magazine write ups. I will be  available  and if anyone needs anything just ask  and we will try to accommodate everyone. Lets get the San Francisco Bay Area contingency out in force plus some of the out of town people attending this meet. Looking foward to meeting everyone and seeing some people I have spoken with many times but never met.

"The California Audio Show welcomes head-fi.org fans to a great headphone venue at the Westin Hotel.  We have secured two dedicated rooms for the Headphone Meet, namely the Maple+Elm Rooms.  The Headphone Meet Room is behind the HeadMasters Ballroom.  Please be sure to purchase your 3-day Pass online prior to coming to the show, that way we will have your printed badge ready for you at the CAS Registrar."

Pleas let me know if you can make. it.

Will do.  I should know by the end of the month.  And if I can, I'll have a +1 as well.  Just need to check my work schedule, and to make sure that no one's going to try and throw me a surprise birthday party.

Lol. I hope to see you there.

Me too, thanks!

Yeah, apparently people get pretty angry when you fail to show up for events that you never knew existed.  Go figure.

I would love to attend however I won't be able to bring anything though (if that is okay) because I don't own a car and I will have to travel there by BART and then catch a shuttle bus. It would be great to see people and their equipment. Also, I am going to be in Amsterdam on 14 August so I've been saving my money.
