I was just looking on ebay and came across these and want to know if anyone knows anything about them because they're priced decent for a hybrid (single BA 8mm dynamic).

Here's the link, http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hybrid-Earphone-H-100KG-Balanced-Armature-8mm-Dynamic-Driver-/150912120678?pt=US_Headphones&hash=item2323103766

This is from H20Fidelity,

How do I Purchase H-100 Hybrid?

1) Pick the Colour or model number you want (remember the entire series H-100 is the same / only the colours and rings are different) Same sound!

http://www.head-fi.org/content/type/61/id/712737/

2) Contact the manufacturer directly on this email: swp@swpshinwoo.com

3) Tell them you're interested in purchasing H-100 IEM mention you're a Head-Fi member and this thread (be good to add the colour you want in the first email too)

4) By doing so you get the Head-Fi discount.

I will say please be patient in receiving a reply because sometimes it takes 24 hours

The frequency respnse graph they posted looks pretty good. If they really sound like that then the should be good.

The only thing that worries me in the graph is the 9kHz & 10kHz peak but my R-50 has that also and its no problem so I think I might be the guinea pig and buy a pair.

I don't know the dip in the upper lows and lower mids doesn't look to good especially for electronic music.

That IEM looks like it would be good for electronic.  Electronic mainly focuses on the lows and highs.  There are mids, but they aren't as focused on the mids.  I generally recommend a good V for an electronic listener.

The dip is found in many BAs.  As you stated, the R50s have them...  The graph actually looks good to me, maybe a bit of sibilance and a high sparkle (might hit harshness, but I doubt it, looks like it takes a little more to drive that frequency anyways).

Thanks for posting the review and seems like they liked them so these might be a nice little hidden gem like the R-50's were.

Love the green color one. Specs are the same. Any real difference between the two hybrids other than a slight aesthetic difference?

I already talk to the Korean company and likely going to buy a pair straight from them for review. However, the H-100 does come in two variations: the H-100K on eBay and the H-100R. I am asking them about the difference before deciding which to get. Will post more once I have the info.

Nice I'll be looking forward to seeing what you think of them.  I was so close to buying a pair last night but got a pair of the Cosmic Ears Flex instead.
