This is a response I got from Phil in mid Jan. regarding the HY5.  

"The delay is in the driver for the low/high mids, it is a brand new driver that I am waiting for and production/delivery will not be until April from the manufacturer..."

I really like the new logo.
Simple, and nicely appropriate.

I can't wait to read some impressions here.
Especially the BA4.

The BA6 is too far off, I can't endure excitement that long without risking permanent damage, so I'm going to forget that it was even mentioned until around August.

COME ON HY5!

I think it's because Phil got to many bad impressions, and that leads to bad fit, which can lead to negative feedback...
My impressions weren't prefect so Phil is looking into the matter, and mine were taken by an audiologist. Mine were underfilled in some places

Does anyone know what the "Clear canal" choice is?
Well, I understand that the Clear canal is if fact clear and transparent, but what color is it otherwise?

I guess that if you choose the "smoke" color option then you probably would go for the clear canal, am I right?

If you choose clear canals, then as you surmise, it is a clear and transparent acrylic. Otherwise, the canal will be the same colour as the shell, as standard.
