There's plenty of other options for $200-$300. And you must have open backed cans? There's AKG, audio technica, beyer, and Sennheiser offerings in that price range (plus more that I can't remember.) What kind of sound signature are you after?
I personally went with the HD600, but it would depend on your sound preferences as to whether or not I'd recommend it. Though I am considering selling my pair...

Also, tonight marks the final night of freedom. Tomorrow, I have to go back to school. It was a great anime filled break, and I had some great conversations with some of you. You know who you are :)
I also spent all of my Christmas money on audio related products, which was something I'd never imagined doing...
And to keep this post on topic, I just finished episode 24 of toradora. It's been a very good anime. I like how they finally
Set up ryuji and taiga's love, and how they're going to run away and stuff, although I do find it a bit extreme for ryuji to run away just because his mom started another job to support his college.

They have a few weaknesses. If you like bass, or have to pay full price then forget it

Decent. For a gag anime it's definitely above average, but still nothing more than cheap comedy in my eyes.

I am awake enough to keep the marathon going, but I simply fail to see the point in doing so. Perhaps I'll leave doing an epic marathon for another time. The thing is, in a mental state like this you also enjoy the anime less. Emotional reactions are suppressed, concentration is reduced, and memory is less good. Due to a large dose of caffeine I did reach a state of high awareness, but it's still difficult to concentrate. I have an increased heart rate and breathing speed, though still at normal rates. I also have a slight headache, and feeling of restlessness. Muscle ache on my arms and legs can also be felt.
On further introspection, when removed from outside noises I hear voices of the characters from the anime I have been watching today in my minds ear. I have also noticed that I seem to blink less often than I normally do. Slight stomach/intestinal ache, as if I ate something bad or need to take a dump real bad. I can feel my heart beat in my chest, though faintly. Normally I can't do this. I am also quite hungry, and crave junk food.
The symptoms are minor, but still they do tell me that objectively speaking it's best to go to bed.
My symptoms do interest me. I shall write these down somewhere, and see if I consistently get these results when staying up really late.

Captcha always has one word scanned from a book, and another randomly generated. In this case you could insert anything you want for the first word. Just say 'loli' and google will agree with you. :wink:

Hmm, watching without subs. Usually when I do that I'm fine on simple chit-chat, but when they are talking seriously I'm completely lost.

Okay chaps, my screen resolution changes every time my monitor is switched off, to something silly like 1024x768 until the monitor is turned on again. It annoys the hell out of me because all my windows get re-sized.
 
It's a long shot, but does anyone know what I'm talking about and how to fix it?.

I've done some digging and some say it's related to using a DisplayPort cable and what not, as it has something to do with PlugnPlay.
 
But I'm just using a standard DVI-D cable, with no receiver shizzlewizzle.
 
Very odd as I didn't have the problem with my old card (4870x2), I'm using a 7970 now, perhaps it's something to do with the power saving idle mode stuff. I've poked around the AMD Control Center thingy but couldn't find anything of use.
 
I think I need to force the resolution somehow.

That's it. That's just it. Nobody does that for the kind of phone that I want. Nobody. Android does have the hardware prowess but they still doesn't do the kind of phone I want. And the app fans and game fans have plenty to choose from, and at the forefront of it all, there's iPhone. And I'm quite jealous of that.
Sure there's tons of alternative for the kind of phone that I wanted; a smooth interface; but seeing what Apple can bring to life from that kind of thing is all the more interesting. I should just quit this and just use android until I die.

I'm just making sure, the anime that has "monogatari" in it(Umi Monogatari, Bakemonogatari, Nekomonogatari, etc) has nothing to do with each other?
 
What are the other animes that belong to the Monogatari series (If there are others)?

Nekomonogatari, Bakemonogatari and Nisemonogatari are related, that's all for now until Kizumonogatari is out.
 
The rest aren't related.

Naw I'm back. Just that I have to remember not to post anything when I'm tired or just woke up from sleep. It includes severe mood swings, hyper incoherency and just not making any sense, amongst others. Also this:
