ok.. wow i admit, i goofed...   your 25th 3a's ship timeline does make sense now.   Their wording was so odd to me that it just didnt compute correctly.
 
none the less i do find their updates to be a bit maddening, and yes, my feelings are leaking out when i post on this thread.  Though i admit i do feel a certain amount of venting to be helpful when there are so many things to be potentially irritated about at this point.
Though I do like to tell myself they are just poor communicators, and wouldn't purposely update so cryptically.

There's only one or two people that know that for sure and it's nobody posting here.  Everything else is hope and guesswork.

 As I read, if you already have an JH13/16, you need to retrofit the pieces to work with the JH3A… This also means that you can't use the in ears without the JH3A anymore.
 
But what happens, if I buy a new package of the JH16 and the JH3A? Are they still inseparable and do I need to use the JH3A all the time?
 
I may buy the JH16+JH3A, but it would really nerves me, if I always have to take the JH3A with me…

I am confused why this was so complicated to understand? It was clear to me but I am glad you got it figured out now. Someone asked on Facebook about shipping on the 25th and they wrote that they have not heard yet. Hmmmm

On that note anyone talk with JHA directly in the last day or two or are we still "waiting for confirmation" on 25th shipment five days later?

They would announce something or make yet another promise of "Next week it ships" that everyone would once again believe.
