I have almost all of the 32gb filled, so it takes almost a minute to load the media list on the music player.

yes, j3 is slow if you have lots of photos on it (about 4000)... it just does load them harder... and i have them in high resolution....

ExportPrive.com. Not the cheapest place, but that is where mine came from before they were available in the U.S.

Does anyone know when the next update is going to be pushed? I hate waiting for the updates.

Only Cowon knows when they'll make a new firmware available. "Waiting for updates" is going to be more and more common, as manufacturers hedge their bets on updates to keep their products current in this accelerating tech world. Get used to it or get out.

Received my D3 yesterday and did the latest firmware update, loaded up FLAC music files and a variety of different videos, AVI MKV, etc., works GREAT! I am very pleased with the performance. The lag time is not as bad as everyone is saying, maybe that was fixed in the firmware updates.
Next area of questions :
1. Hack - is it worth it?
2.. How to upload apps on this puppy?
Anyway, I use if for vids and music mostly anyway and for that I am a very happy D3 user.
