Headphones you regretted buying the most

Not complaints about the sound, though I only listened for about 4 songs. The problem was I found my wife staring at me the second I opened my eyes. She first told me exactly which 4 songs I listened to, then told me to get rid of the headphones. Pretty much 0 isolation in or out. I took them off and listened to them. These things leak more sound than my Sennheiser PC 360's, an open headphone. A real shame, too, as they sounded and looked beautiful.

LOL yeah, I know, it's the same with the D2000. Although my wife is very forgiving.. as long as I cozy up with her once in a while, she'll allow me to play whatever songs I want to on those things. LOL It's a great thing we have a good and close relationship ;D

Grado SR325i. I love the 60i and 80i but good God these headphones screech like no other.  Got a headache after two songs.

Sennheiser HD580

Nothing wrong with them specifically, the sound signature just wasn't for me.

Well. I'm getting the PS500's next month, so I have no need for the SR80i anymore. Regrets, regrets. The only use I see is for modding, but for music listening, not so much.

grado sr225i

I listened to 80's from a coworker for a day or two and loved them....for whatever reason the 225's just didn't sound good to me, the more I listened the more I disliked

sold them for what I paid so I didn't lose much

Have you burned them in? I borrowed a pair of 325i's with 200 hours on it, and it has no signs of shrillness unless the recording has it.

Even though I tend to be skeptical of burn-in; yes, I burned them in for quite a while, but was not satisfied with them.  Sold them.  They are WAY too bright and shrill; tends to be a common complaint.  I have the 60i, and honestly, with the 125i ear pads, I think they outperform the 325i.
