What was the last movie you watched?

Compelling and repulsive all at the same time. I don't know if I liked this film, but it definately made me glad I did the college thing already.

As bi-polar as this film is...I couldn't take my eyes off it. As a matter of fact, I am re-watching it as I type.

I am convinced that the Sean Bateman character is brother to Patrick Bateman of American Psycho.

I just watched "Timeline" yesterday (first day) at 2:10

...anyway, it was really good. I liked it a lot, and the battle scene is awesome. I didn't read the book, but Joost did (my friend) and said it was pretty right on, except that they had like 72 (book) hour return limit instead of 6 (movie), etc. I went with the Sci-Fi club at my school if you were wondering.

Yeah american history X was a neat movie. THe whole "curbing" thing was pretty damn viscious. I liked the use of black+white with flashbacks. The whole movie had this weird feel to it. Its interesting... has good meaning... and is just fun to watch.. Highly reccomended!

Battle Royale. After getting three bad DVDs from a new/used amazon seller, received one that played all the way through past chapter 6. A fun movie, the subtitles are easy to follow and describe the action well. Body count gets pretty high and there is some arterial spaying and such.

Finding Nemo-
Beautiful to look at and alot of fun.

X-2
Super-duper.....have watched the DVD several times this week with commentary. I want to be Wolverine when I grow up

Endurance
Really moving and superbly edited documentary about the Shackelton expedition to Antarctica

Angels in America Pt. 1 on HBO-
Saw the play in NYC and it was life changing for me. The film works on many levels as well and the acting and direction are very satisfying. Watched it twice. The heightened language of the play and surreal sequences worked better for me after seeing it again last night.

Willard-the remake-
mostly kaka....but the credit sequence is brilliant.

The last movie I saw in theatres was Underworld. I think I'll have to pick it up on DVD when it comes out.

Right now, I'm halfway into the Battlestar Galactica remake on the Sci-fi channel. I like it. It reminds me of "Space: Above and Beyond."
