  4. Eddie Current HD-2
  5. Singlepower Platinum Extreme
  6. SinglePower Extreme Platinum (hmmmm interesting variation)
  7. SinglePower PPX3-6SN7 with Slam adapters
Other cans to listen to:
  1. Balanced Edition 9
  2. ATH-W3000 (ATH-W100s with L3000 driver)
  3. Balanced Grado GS-1000
Other amps to hear:
  1. Moth Audio 300B Paradigm

  3. Bottlehead custom all tube repo amp
  4. Balanced beta22
  5. DIY purpose-built K1000 amplifier based on the Russian GM-70 tube
Note: I might be having a tube issue with my wa5. If anyone has a pair of 6sn7 (or equiv) please see me at the meet.

Wow, and this is in one day right? This is a monster Al. I hope the foundation is good to hold all this, and that the PG&E is paid up..... :)

Yes, although the meet began in the Houston airport with a full-fledged O2 MkII setup along with other STAX goodness and the like, we just informed Nate that we are under way in Mayberry. The gods were shining on us this morning, literally with a little sun for a change, but we are getting clouded over already (but maybe that's the beer...).

Although not really fleshed out yet, the meet impressions thread has been started by NightWoundsTime and we will have plenty of fodder so long as we can remember how to upload pics and post as the local brewery keg drains lower and lower....

I just finally looked through the elements that'll be on site, and I am DEFINITELY psyched about getting a chance to hear the ATH-L3000s and ATH-W3000s. I dream, I dream, but I fear W5000 is as far as I go...

I'll be there when ronin74 gets there, which should be a bit after 9AM. can't wait!

Thanks my friend. I wondered why the link didn't work but the message seemed like it was the computer as opposed to my own doing. We gotta get some pics up in that thread. I'll see if any of these drunks can get motivated...

Hey Voltron, I totally forgot about this thing until last minute and totally want to come!

I'm bringing along a diyMod 5G IPod, my new PPAS, a cabled and headband modded KSC35 and probably a pair of SR225's.

Not sure yet if I'm brining a larger amp since I don't have a source that has RCA out (iPod needs output caps and I only built them into a 3.5mm Mini cable).
