last straw with EMI
Right that's it I've decided never to buy another classical recording under the EMI label. Almost every one I have is a disappointment. Most recent was a recording of the Four Seasons with St Luke's Chamber and Kyung-Wha Chung. Sounds like a winner and got really good reviews... -

ok I don't have any versions yet and although I'd like to get all the versions I mention, that would perhaps be a bit excessive. So any ideas which version would be best to start off with? All the versions I mention get excellent reviews for different reasons so is hard to choose... -

bandwidth in PCDPs?
Recently I was looking around for a PCDP, after getting a bit bored of iPods and mp3s etc. Anyway I got a d-ne20 in the end which I'm very happy with. Not sure if this goes here or in DIY but... As an experiment I cut off the headphones that came with my SE K750i and replaced them with some Sony MDR-ED21LP headphones. Anyway the results were ace. The headphones are that cheap that it's no big deal to cut em up and they sound way better than...- nph134

ipod nano question
I was thinking of getting an iPod nano and have a few questions: 1) do they have a line-out socket? 2) is the sound quality good enough (with wav or 320kbps mp3) that it is worthwhile connecting HD650 via a headphone amp and the lineout on the iPod (if it has one)?- nph134
