Stax would have pretty much stop selling the original "SR-Ω/Omega I" when the company went bust after 1993. All failed SR-Ω that was sent to Stax headquarter for repair thereafter would have been replace with the Omega II = SR-007. As they didn't produce any SR-Ω drivers since the collapse in 1993.

Yes most R10 if not all will require some work, especially the foam surround that would have rotted away already. bwb2000 supply the foam or restore the R10 back to it former glory.
