Wells Audio Milo - Impressions And Discussion Thread
Does anybody happen to know how it compares to a Mapletree (MAD) Ear+ HD? I've been totally content with the Ear+ HD, just wondering how green the grass is over at the Milo camp ;)- TheMarchingMule

Has anybody tried the B&O Beoplay E4 noise-cancelling earbuds?
Apparently they went on sale today ($250), and it looks like a nice portable NC solution. The sound quality is what's most important though :), so that's what I'm curious about. https://www.theverge.com/circuitbreaker/2017/6/15/15808514/beoplay-noise-cancelling-e4-earbuds- TheMarchingMule

Grado Fan Club!
I've had the GH2 for a few weeks now, and I still waffle between being scared and amazed by them. I'm scared because this is the first Grado I've ever heard with serious bass. And it also has this weird property where the weight of the bass almost sounds "separate" from the rest of the...- TheMarchingMule

I definitely want to hear (ha) comparisons between the sound of the GH1 and GH2. Of course they use the same driver, but it'll be interesting to know how much they've been tweaked to accommodate their latest wood housing.- TheMarchingMule

MAD Ear+ Purist HD thread.
Quote: Thanks, jaywillin! It's definite that the Mad Ear+ has a proven track record (and absolute synergy with Grados), but the Lyr2 is the newest kid on the block with the latest and greatest (and at half the price).- TheMarchingMule

NEW Schiit Lyr 2: Impressions
If anybody has listened through both the Lyr 2 and a Mad Ear HD+, I assume the latter is still the one to use with Grado 'phones?- TheMarchingMule

Amarra - anyone using it?
I just swung by their site, and most of their links are 404'd. But of course their store page is still up. Anybody know what's up with that?- TheMarchingMule

W4S Mini-Integrated (mINT) - Anybody have one yet?
http://www.wyred4sound.com/webapps/p/74030/117839/612512 I was planning to get one ASAP, but naturally ran into financial issues. One of the main reasons why I want this over anything else (besides the great price) is that there's a true line out that's not affected by the volume...- TheMarchingMule

96 kHz 24bit integer output via USB to Burson HA-160d on latest OS X not working [SOLVED]
Don't quote me on this because it's been a month since I was researching the HA-160D, but I'm pretty sure that while the chip does do 24/96, Burson decided to only have the chip do 16/44, with no resampling option. I think I read that in a review.- TheMarchingMule
