I got a reply from Tony at HifiMan with the driver. EF400 works and sounds great.

I connected my EF400 via USB to my PC, windows sees the amp, but get drivers not installed message. Went to HifiMan support page and couldnt find drivers there. Any idea where to get the drivers?
