what would be a good DAC for it that is reasonably priced? 

According to this headphone calculator I need an amp to provide 16mws of power.  The headphones are rated 98 SPL at 1mws and have 32 ohm impedance.  Would a Nuforce Udac-2 suffice, Cmoy, or something of the like.  Feedback is appreciated.

OK, after comparing the output between my ipod and my computer the volume output is definitely better on the ipod.  So, no issue there.  But certainly an issue with my pc.  I thought for sure my PC would have the better output.  I don't have a dedicated sound card but I have a pretty high end...
