These are the headphones that came out with the onset of Beats by Dr. Dre, and I have compared their performance to the Beats Studio 2 and the Beats Pro (see comparison chart... higher numbers are better). A wag at Yamaha created an ad for these headphones that said, "Dr. Who?" and sparked a lawsuit by Beats!
Great listening, foldable into case, and comfortable.
