I had been using my Ztella since the summer with the lightningn cable adapter and my iPhone 12 Pro Max without problem. This month I upgraded to iPhone 13 pro max — the iPhone 13 no longer “sees” the Ztella - sound continues to play form the iPhone speaker itself,, no “non compatible warnings” appear either. I tried varying the order of connecting headphonenforts then dongle to phone or dongle to phone first the headphone- no dice.
I sent a contact email to spell bit no response from them.
