I will be using Senn HD 650 headphones. Right now I dont have the money for the amp I want and I probably will not get one for a year or so. Which DAC would you get? My primary source for music is my computer and I listen to all kinds of music.

The amp section on the Zero way better than the one on the 0404, with the Zero you will have allot of easy (and cheap) modding options, you will be able to “configure” the Zero to your particular sound taste with by changing the opamps, the HD650 are not easy to drive cans, so I say go for the better amp(the Zero), you won’t be able to drive them properly with the 0404 imho, the Zero on the other hand will do a fine job.
