I'm considering Marcello Pellerano's Zen as my next "official" project, but can anybody tell me if I can use 1/4W resistors for the amp?. I plan to use the same voltages and bias-points stated in the article.

I have also had trouble finding the ZTX450 at any of my usual parts sources. Can anyone recommend a more readily available replacement?

Any experience and opinions with this design is very welcome as well

About any small signal NPN will work fine. I've used 2SC2547.
