I remember a while back when someone said that you can master anything in 10 years. I think there is truth to it. So yeah, if you are determined and dedicated, you can master a lot of things in 10 years or at least be good at it. So go for it man! Do it and in 10 years, you will amaze someone with your new talent.

Without inherent abilities + right mindset + working nothing could be achieved or one could get lost in those long 10 years with small amount of success. The time wasted won't be recovered and there is a limit to everything in life, one should use his time wisely.

I could waste 10 years to be like this guy in the video but I know myself well enough to know it is futile to try something out of my abilities.
