So, these days, we get a lot of pixel art games. Since they are pixelated the figures look a bit jagged. In ordered to make them look less jagged, and smoother with higher resolution, you can add shader filters over the graphics to make it looks like it's being display on CRT.

My favorite shader filter I use is CRT-Royale and you can download it from Git Hub

https://github.com/akgunter/crt-royale-reshade

You download the Reshade software to apply the above downloaded rehade files to the game executable

https://reshade.me/component/content/featured?Itemid=101

First, you drop the crt-royale-reshade file folder into the game directory where the game executable is

And then you start the reshade program and direct it to where the game executable is. And then it will create an ini file for the shader settings.

A game that looks less pixelated with crt filter

Other things you can do with Reshade, what it does, and how to use

I've been using Reshade for a few games, it can be a little bit of pain to set up sometimes depending on the game directory layout, but there are tons of visual things to can do. Just be aware some online games might flag it as visual assistance in their anti-cheat software so be careful.
