Is there even such thing as auto sample change via analog?
I am using the latest unified xonar drivers v1.27 with both the windows sample rate for analog and spdif and the xonar panel sample rate at 96khz and with wasapi as my output in foobar...
When i play 44khz music... my yamaha rx-v863 receiver shows a 44khz sample rate... when i play a 96khz.. i get a brief period of silence and then we have a 96khz sample rate registering... thats exactly what I wanted...
With analog though I do not have another device to pause to switch to the other sample rate... Im outputting wasapi to analog speakers... is there anyway to tell if the auto sample rate changing is happening with my headphones plugged directly into the sound card? or should I just assume it is since spdif is... ?
Edit: Was able to dual output spdif pcm and analog fp at the same time... answer seems to be no... hmph.
