Xonar Essence STX & DT 990 Premium

I am curious to know whether the headphone amplifier on the Xonar Essence STX is powerful enough to drive either the Beyerdynamic DT 990 Premium 250ohm or the 600ohm version?  I don't have a separate headphone amplifier...the amplifier on the Xonar Essence STX is all I have.
