Xonar DG or DS if Im already an external amp?

So I'm looking to get a cheap sound card and the two I'm deciding on are the Xonar DG or DS. I am currently running audio through on-board to a PocketAmp2 V2 to slightly modded HD555s. Which sound card would be best for my situation?
