Okay I've found some really cheap ones online that I'm not sure would help my headphones benefit if I were to use a balanced XLR cable on some headphones I'm looking at getting.

My question is are there any high quality XLR to RCA adapters out there?  Does anybody here make any?

I also read this and I'm curious on any comments...:

Adapters

Adapters are available that convert XLR to RCA signals and vice versa. They also convert XLR inputs to standard 1/4- and 1/8-inch headphone and microphone jacks. When using these converters, it's important to note that the balanced electronic benefits of the XLR standard are lost. This is due to the RCA stereo cable's inability to eliminate ground noise and interference from the signal. Although this is not usually a huge problem when using these adapters for amateur purposes, it is something to keep in mind if you are recording or using a professional setup.
