I wanted to buy a Xin 75 ohm adapter instead of the overpriced ety one, but I can't seem to find it in their product catalogue. I'm talking about the one here: http://www.fixup.net/tips/ety/ety.htm
The ones at the very top
Are they not selling them anymore?
anyone got a recommendation for an alternative?

Nope they don't sell it anymore. I thought I saw a DIY one on the sale forums last nite tho, dig into the previous pages, you should see it!

I just ordered one of his Xinfeed and requested that it be the high impedance one and he supplied it. So if you want that you may be able to request it through his web site and see if he would provide it for you.

Never hurts to ask the source...

You can put one together quite easily Tony, all they are = 2 x 75ohm resistors in series with the left and right channels of your 'phones.

like this but with 75ohm resistors instead of 120ohm:
