I was wondering if and how you can fit the xb series earpads on the pro 900s.

It may be possible, but since Pro900 is designed to use more breathable velour earpads, you may muffle the sound by using more sealed earpads such as the ones for XB headphones or most closed headphones.

But they are really comfortable, how would I get them to fit?
