Just bought the FiiO... been using my Sony Walkman for about 7yrs now, still a great device but, bought better headphones and starting to switch to FLAC so, time for an upgrade. Plus I needed more than 8GB space.
The Sony didn't have a wheel, it had a 4-button circle, and when in the full list of all files on the device, I could use the left/right button to skip through the tracks by jumping to A, B, C, D... etc... instead of song-by-song.
Does the FiiO X3ii have such an option?
Since it holds up to 128GB, I assume lots of people have over 1,000 songs on their device and that would take a LONG time to scroll through finding a song with that scroll wheel. I have about 5,000 tracks, and even if I used the favourites feature, that narrows it down to about 400, which is still a lot of scrolling.
Also... unlikely but, on my PC I use MediaMonkey and have my favs all star-rated. Any chance that the FiiO has or will use that data?
Thanks
