Would you recommend me IEMs for Hip Hop/Electronics?

I'm looking for an IEM under $100.
 
I usually listen to Hip Hop/Electronics music, and I have had IEMs with pretty good bass. 
 
I'm looking for balanced IEMs now.
 
Can anyone recommend me any IEMs?
 
I've been searching around and learned AudioTechnica IM70 and Apple In-Ear Headphones were having good reviews for my budget.
 
If anyone can recommend me IEMs based on the genres I'm listening to, I'd appreciate it.

Yeah, the ATH-IM70 should be great for you. It'll have plenty of bass, while maintaining a mostly balanced signature.
