I am so worried - I left 9 package left in my mailroom, 8 packages show up in the tracking system, only the package with the Focal Arche which I sold is not. Could it be a USPS system issue since the package goes to Hawaii? Or because special procedures are applied since it was insured? But 36h seems long, and may be it was exactly because of the insurance which made it visible that it was valuable....

Contact USPS directly about it, specifically the office assigned to your shipping zip code or shipping address.

USPS and even Fed Ex, etc can be sloppy with tracking but still the packages properly delivered. So there is a chance that maybe it’s ok.

Thanks, that’s what I hope. Although it was sent insured for a relatively high value. ... not scanning it? The more time goes by, the more worried I get ....

Hi, if someone finds this thread .... well, sometimes things go wrong. My package with the Focal Arche disappeared. Very tiring.
If you find this thread because you have a similar issue ... good luck! USPS is also insanely hard to reach, which makes it even more difficult.
